What you'll do
- Own daily operations across both branches, enforcing SOPs, keeping patient wait times under 30 minutes, and leading the CRM and booking system migration
- Supervise, onboard and schedule clinic assistants and office staff, set performance expectations and run quarterly reviews
- Audit communication quality across calls, WhatsApp and in-person, resolve patient complaints, oversee premium post-treatment follow-up and maintain a luxury waiting room ambiance
- Track and report daily revenue collection, manage outstanding payments, control expenditure against budget and prepare weekly and monthly P&L inputs
- Implement a centralised inventory system for clinical consumables and office supplies, track injectables by batch and expiry, and manage approved supplier relationships
- Oversee the social media content calendar and in-clinic digital displays, and prepare weekly KPI dashboards to support the group's scaling plans
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field
- 3–5 years of management experience in a clinic, hospital or premium service environment; aesthetic clinic, dermatology or luxury medical and wellness background highly preferred
- Confident with CRM systems, booking platforms, Excel or Google Sheets, and social media management tools
- An owner's mindset that solves operational gaps before they become problems, with an intuitive feel for what a top-of-market patient expects
- Able to lead a small team constructively and produce clean, data-driven operational reports
- Native Arabic and professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Polished, well-groomed and professional presentation consistent with a luxury clinic environment
