What you'll do
- Resolve first-line hardware, network and account tickets
- Prepare and image laptops for staff and computer labs
- Keep the asset register accurate
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in an IT support role
- Comfortable with Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking
- CompTIA A+ or similar an advantage
- Arabic essential, functional English
