What you'll do
- Own the country P&L, growth plan and board reporting
- Lead a management team of seven across operations, commercial and support
- Win and retain government and large private sector contracts
- Build the Qatarisation and national talent development plan
What we're looking for
- 20+ years of experience with 5 as a country or general manager
- Proven record in services, facilities management or industrial contracting
- Established network with Qatari government and semi-government clients
- Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred
